Each of us is already infinitely wondrous--
miraculous, awe-inspiring, unfathomable (Divine if you prefer)
Our wondrous nature is the same as the infinite wonder of the universe.
We experience this infinite wonder by waking up to reality.
~ Quote from Gita in a nutshell #4

Somer Axelson
Somer is a 4th generation Colorado native. In her free time she loves watching her daughter play sports, camping in the high country during the summer months and taking family beach vacations. There is nothing more soothing to her Dosha than getting grounded in nature. Somer started practicing Yoga at Mistyoga several years ago to help with anxiety, trauma and panic attacks. Due to her inquisitive nature she wanted to know the “why” behind everything that was practiced in class. That’s when Mistyoga's Cultivating the Heart of a Warrior 200 hour TTC found her. Somer's greatest joy is being able to share Yoga with the community.
