My Vision
My vision is to hold space where each of us have a felt sense of connection to love, peace, freedom, and truth. Here we can experience sacred space which includes compassionate acceptance, enduring patience, and continuous self-discovery. I am inclusive of all traditions, beliefs, and philosophies that align with mutual acceptance of others. I practice to see the world around me with an open mind, which means looking within and acknowledging myself as a soul, and in turn, 'seeing' others in the same light; creating miracles with each 'hello & I love you' I give to myself and to another. This exploration is the natural healing process for each one of us as individuals, as well as our community, and the planet.
I hope you will join me on a path of self discovery to support wholeness & create change within this community, your community, & beyond.

Join me on Saturday mornings this month for an exploration into the Tree of Life, a universal symbol that is known across many of the worlds cultures. The Tree of Life can be an incredible resource which invites us on an embodied journey through what are called the Three Worlds. This practice is safe for all levels of practitioner all you need is a body, a heart and a bit of open-minded imagination. Each week we will play with a different aspect of the Tree of Life intertwining each of the Eight Limbs of Yoga. It would be helpful to attend all three Saturdays but it's not necessary.
Chai & Chat time after class!
1st Saturday - Dec 6th: Grow your Roots - (1st Saturday is only $6 cash donation)
2nd Saturday - Dec 13th: Courage in the Middle World
3rd Saturday - Dec 20th: Resource form Higher Vibration

The Journey
One day you finally knew
what you had to do, and began,
though the voices around you kept shouting their bad advice ~
though the whole house began to tremble and you felt the old tug at your ankles.
"Mend my life!"
Each voice cried.
But you didn't stop.
You knew what you had to do, though the wind pried
with its stiff fingers at the very foundations, though their melancholy was terrible.
It was already late enough, and a wild night,
and the road full of fallen branches and stones.
But little by little, as you left their voice behind,
the stars began to burn through the sheets of clouds,
and there was a new voice which you slowly
recognized as your own, that kept you company
as you strode deeper and deeper into the world,
determined to do the only thing you could do ~
determined to save the only life that you could save.
