What exactly are Chakras?
Chakras are energy centers within your physical body that give and receive energy. While chakras are generally not visible to the naked eye, you can learn to perceive them, understand how they function, and begin to deliberately work with your own energy to create positive change.
In this experiential workshop, we will…
Explore the 7 Basic Chakras to understand their functions and unique qualities
Learn how to access your Chakras, or Wheels of Consciousness, to create a greater understanding of your true self
Clear away stagnant energy, allowing for more ease, flow and awareness in your life
Relax in a meditative state and a “sound bath” from the Chakra Crystal Bowls that provides a gentle boost to your energy centers

Join us for an enjoyable and experiential exploration of your 7-Chakra System!
Your Instructor ~ Andrea Dazzi, M.S.
Andrea is passionate about sharing the wonders of Chakra Awakening and empowering others to tap into their own energy system. She’s been working with people and energy in a healing and helping capacity for many decades, with extensive training and experience in Energy Medicine, Energetic Practices and various Healing Modalities.
A graduate of the Barbara Brennan International School of Healing 4-year program, she served on the Brennan faculty, teaching in New York and around the country. She is a Reiki Master, a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a Cranio-sacral Practitioner and a former massage therapist. Grounded in the so-called everyday world, Andrea also holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Tufts University and has worked as an administrative manager of large care facilities. She currently brings her lifelong experience, knowledge and Love for the planet to the beautiful Grand Valley of Western Colorado.
