Mistyoga 40 Day Challenge
I created this challenge to help myself and my students to break down the obstacles that are keeping us from having a committed yoga and meditation practice. My goal was to make this challenge doable for both the experienced yogi/meditation practitioner and the beginner. The practices are designed to create change without requiring a lot of time. The cool thing about my 40 day challenge is that you can plan it to fit into your schedule AND you can do it anywhere.

In the process we shine a light for the world to follow in our footsteps and walk on their path.

Journal:
When you wake up each morning let your thoughts turn towards what your thankful for.
Intention:
Let go of something that is not serving your greatest good and replace it with an intention that takes you where you want to be.
Vichara: Vichara is the practice of self study. It's intent is to uncover and change unconscious patterns. The practice of Vichara will guide you to the understanding of the root causes of these patterns and help to diminish your suffering.
