Cultivating a home practice it is powerful way to support yourself.
I know that to bring yourself on to your yoga mat everyday requires discipline and courage. Yoga can be a vulnerable space to enter into which means that it's also an excellent opportunity for growth. Time on our mat is time for us to witness ourselves, release old patterning and create space for our authentic dreams to come forward and take root.
Yoga 101 is an 11 week series with weekly yoga classes on Tuesday evenings. The practices I will be sharing have been culminating through many years of practice and teaching. Each weekly practice is thoughtfully planned out and then allowed to evolve as intuition guides. Our yoga sequencing is based on Hatha and Tantra yoga, creatively intertwining these two systems to create a complete practice. We will begin with the basics and gradually build a practice for you to bring to your mat at home.
Yoga 101 is a commitment that you make to yourself for yourself and in service to the world around you!
