Yoga 101 is a creative series that I've created with the intention to help students cultivate a strong(er) yoga foundation while learning the fundamental elements of practice.
What you'll learn:
Exploring the Yin side of yoga series is a great compliment to more vigorous yoga practices. While most active or Yang styles of yoga target the muscles, a more Yin approach to yoga affects the connective tissues, including our fascia, ligaments, joints, cartilage, and bones. Our sequences will be slower paced with long holds and fewer poses than a hatha yoga class.

Duration:
5 weeks (75 minute class per week)
Saturdays in November 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
