I am excited to share Yoga 101 - Online Course, this 60 day journey is brought forward with the intention to help you develop a sustainable yoga practice where you can continue to be resourced.
This 60 day journey will guide you step by step through a complete, balanced yoga practice that can carry you throughout your life.

The problem
If you've ever tried to start a yoga practice on your own, you might have felt unsure where to begin-or how to keep going.
Maybe you've followed random videos, tried a few classes, or started with good intentions...only to lose consistency along the way.

It's because you haven't been give a clear, structured path to follow.

That is exactly what this course is designed to offer.

​This 60 journey is designed to help you build a practice that feels steady, supportive, and truly your own. 

Based on over 20 years of personal experience with my own practice and teaching others I have found that it's important to have a foundation that is simple and approachable. Instead of jumping from class to class, you'll follow a clear progression. By the end of our eight weeks, you'll feel connected to something that you can return to anytime.

My personal story
My approach is rooted in the Sivananda yoga tradition and Tantra Yoga - weaving together these two powerful traditions has given me a sequence that has supported my own practice over time.
It's something I come back to whenever I feel lost, distracted, or disconnected -and it always brings be back to center.
