Wise Women Mindfulness Group
2nd & 4th Sunday of each month
Our Wise Women Mindfulness Group is a sacred space for women (& anyone that identifies as a woman) of all ages to learn and practice the theory and fundamental practices of Insight Mindfulness: enabling us to tap into our own innate wisdom.
We will focus on exploring the foundations of mindfulness practice in a compassionate, trauma informed, scientifically supported manner that will enable us to calm and quiet the min, open the heart, and develop mental, emotional and physical resilience.
We will also explore how Insight MIndfulness skills and teachings can help us create healthy heart-mind patterns, tend to our bodies with compassion and wisely navigate the triumphs and challenges women face.
