Soul - heart opening cacao and restorative practices designed to reset body, mind, soul. Journey to the mystical garden of your soul accessed through an ancient heart beat... the drum. Expand your awareness and heal past trauma as you move through different layers of consciousness and reality.
Yoga - enjoy daily yoga, Nidra and meditation practices for all levels.
Retreat - Our retreat setting is a sacred bubble that we create for you. We take this seriously and hold this space with compassion and non-judgement.
This is a safe place for you to befriend and nurture your inner most self.

$2280 - two sharing a room/per person
$2930 - single room (one person)
$1540 - camping (must bring your own camping equipment & you will have use of the bathrooms)
Opens on July 1st 2025 and requires payment in full at time of sign up!
Regular Exchange:
$2580 - two sharing a room/person
$3230 - single room/one person
$1840 - camping (must bring your own camping equipment & you will have use of the bathrooms)
$600.00 per person deposit is due upon registration, both non-refundable and non-transferable. The final payment for regular pricing is due no later than February 20th, 2027 (60 days prior to retreat start).
Last minute attendees... If we still have space and you're signing up after February 20th 2027 we would still love for you to join us. Full payment is due at time of sign up and non-refundable. If this is you you must have a passport to travel to the UK.

Typically, trip insurance must be purchased when you register for the retreat, not when you pay the final balance.
•$600.00 per person serves as a deposit and is both non-refundable and non-transferable.
•Cancellations on or before June 20th 2025: $600 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable; the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.
•Cancellations after June 20th, 2025: You will forfeit ALL money rendered.
•Please do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of your registration. Also, please be sure that your passport is current.

I am often told that I am a free spirit. My truth... I am a seeker, curious about life and pulled to explore what's in my heart. I want to know my soul fully so that I can live my souls purpose. I love to dance, be silly and break the rules. My home base is in Rifle Colorado where I continue to share yoga with the community known as MistYoga. I offer a unique and personal approach to teaching that is intended to guide you to a deeper understanding of yourself, empower you to live your dreams and connect to a real sense of peace, joy and freedom.
