Calm ~ Rest ~ Resilience
Coming Soon...
This is part of a creative series brought forward with the intention to help students cultivate a strong foundation while learning the fundamental elements of yoga, mindful breathing, and soul inquiry. In our Winter thread you will explore the possibilities that arise when you allow yourself to drop into deep listening.
This is an embodied practice that cleanses and creates space to begin again
— a soft return to center.

Re-source Thread
Join me for intentional devotion to the practice of allowing and letting go—a nervous-system seduction back into safety, softness, and ease.
Where effort dissolves and awareness lingers, where you’re held in the space between waking and dreaming.
Each session opens with gentle, unhurried movement, just enough to awaken sensation and invite the body to exhale.
From there, you’re guided into deep, luxurious stillness. Over time, the movement fades into the background and the rest takes center stage—longer, deeper, more intimate.
Each practice drops you deeper into a place where the mind softens, the body melts, and the nervous system remembers how good it feels to let go.
This thread is a resource ritual—a place to return when you want to slow down, drop in, and be quietly undone.
Remember...
Your soul remembers.
Beneath conscious thought lives a deeper intelligence—one that holds memory, longing, wisdom, and truth. Until we turn toward what’s been hidden, we unconsciously circle the same patterns, craving resolution, intimacy, and relief.
Soul Inquiry invites you into a slow, intentional descent—where healing happens not by force, but by listening.
This is not about pressure, hard physical practices, or scrubbing away what’s wrong.
This is mindful practice to cleanse and create space to begin again— a soft return to center.
Let stillness become your anchor.
Calm ~ Rest ~ Resilience
No-one is exempt, we all need something that builds our capacity to self-regulate,
that anchors and grounds us-- especially during hectic times.
Deliberate rest teaches your nervous system to return to a state of calm and healing.
