Anchor ~ a heavy, hooked metal device dropped from a boat to hold it in place on the seafloor, preventing it from drifting. Figuratively, (and in our case) Anchor refers to practice, one which provides stability, security, and keeps you aligned with your vision and true purpose.
I am excited to share ANCHOR, my newest creative series brought forward with the intention to help us humans stay anchored and resourced through practice. Including: yoga, mindful deep/smooth breathing, kriya, embodiment practices, and self inquiry. Anchor is a year long program that is broken down into specific monthly focus which then extends out to weekly practices including email support. I see Anchor growing into a living library of practices that you may come back to again and again intended to empower and ANCHOR you in your center where you embrace your truth with steadiness and resolve.
Our first month is March
In our March thread we will place our focus on growing the element of the SUN in our center.
This is an embodied practice that cleanses, empowers, and creates space to begin again
— a powerful return to center.
Each week, we meet Wednesdays for practice (71 min. practice on Zoom), where we enter into a steady, intentional space, blending:
✨ movement as medicine
✨ intuitively guided practices
✨ journeys for clarity and right timing
✨ nervous system grounding so your body feels safe to expand
✨ deep listening to feel into the next right steps — so insight becomes movement
As part of Anchor you’ll also have monthly email support between sessions, with personalized rituals and practices to anchor what’s opening.
Live practices will be at 11:11 am MST and will recorded in case you miss the live ones.
This is not about pressure, hard physical practices, or scrubbing away what’s wrong.
This is mindful practice to cleanse and create space to begin again— a real return to center.
Let practice become your anchor.
