Creating this teacher training has been a process...exciting, challenging & rewarding all at the same time.
I hosted my first teacher training at Mistyoga in 2019, right in the middle of COVID. We navigated through that time and now 6 years later have just completed our 5th 200 hour YTT.
Mistyoga became a Yoga Alliance certified yoga school in 2025, this has definitely been a big step on my path as a teacher and mentor.
I work well one on one and with small groups. This is why I am designing a yoga teacher training/mentoring program to meet individuals right where they are on and off the mat. What this means is that I am now offering my YTT/Mentoring program to private individuals and small groups of 1-4 students. I can come to you are vise versa, we work together to cultivate what best fits your needs as you attain your 200 hour Yoga teaching certificate.
