My first trip to Jamaica was on a school trip... I was 15 years old and I fell in love with the spirit of this place. Jamaica is a place where you feel embraced by the land, the ocean and the heart of the people.
Treasure Beach is a quiet secluded fishing village where you can experience the spirit of the land and the Jamaican people first hand. In this area there are no large hotels, shopping centers, grocery stores etc. It is common to share the road with goats and local fruit growers selling their wares.
Start your day overlooking the sea with yoga and meditation practice. Savor delicious meals prepared and served with love. Enjoy plenty of free time...including long walks down the beach or maybe soaking in the Caribbean sun sea-side, dozing off in the hammock with a good book while nurtured and entertained by nature.
Wind down with afternoon with heart opening cacao and restorative practices designed to reset body, mind, soul. Meet your spirit animals and explore the mystical garden of your soul through Shamanic Drum Journey.

The Katamah Suites are unique, luxurious & spacious beach homes. Each includes AC cooling, high quality furnishings and a large balcony. The Marika Suite is known as the honeymoon suite. The Laila and the Maya Suites are spacious enough for small families with 1-2 children.
The Marika Suite welcomes you with elevated, sweeping sea views straight out to the horizon. The quality furnishings and designer finishes make this brand new suite a truly magnificent experience.
The Laila Suite transports you to Morocco while surrounding you with the tropical Jamaican gardens. With striking architecture, a sprawling kitchenette and a claw foot bath tub, the Laila is a Katamah classic.
The Maya Suite is inspired by the colonial style beach houses of Martha's Vineyard and nestled directly on the beachfront of the property. The Maya offers king bed, kitchenette & a timeless elegance right on the beach.

Elegant rooms with exquisite Moroccan influence, the Saida, Habibi & Marley rooms each have 1 plush queen bed, imported furnishings, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, en suite bathroom and designated outdoor seating surrounded by tropical garden views. Each of the villa rooms are ideal for a couple or single.
The Habibi & Saida Rooms are located side by side along the Moroccan verandah and have AC cooling.
The Marley room is fan cooled and has a private enclosed screened porch with hand-crafted teak sofa and dining table.

These are deluxe cottages that make for a picturesque beach retreat. A deluxe cottage has a queen bed, fully screened porch for indoor/outdoor living, a day bed and a private hammock as well as a kitchenette. With thoughtful design and gorgeous details, the cottages are breezy, studio or one bedroom apartments.
The Amina and the Yana cottages are located at the Katamah beachside and have sea views! They are unique, fan cooled eco homes and highly requested rooms at Katamah.
The Mason Cottage is nestled in the Katamah Gardens. It is a 2 bedroom cottage with AC cooling. The Mason is popular for 2 adults seeking separate beds. Double occupancy only.

Located on the South Coast of Jamaica, the Katamah beachfront sanctuary invites you to reconnect with nature, loved ones and yourself...
Inspired by the beauty of Jamaica and breathtaking Moroccan design, Katamah offers a unique ambiance and all the amenities you need for total comfort and deep relaxation. Each Suite, Garden Room and Cottage is thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable place to rest. The lush tropical gardens are filled with flowers and a variety of butterflies and hummingbirds. The farm fresh foods of Hold A Vibz Cafe are now available on property, rounding out your replenishing experience with nourishing breakfast, lunch, juices and smoothies.

I know the area well and arrange any of the above local activities as well as recommend restaurants and shopping.

Offer #2 - Pay $400/person deposit and spread the remaining balance out over the next 4 months - 4 equal payments
Regular Exchange: $600.00/person deposit due at sign up, non-refundable and non-transferable. The final payment for regular pricing is due no later than 60 days prior to retreat start.
Last minute attendees... If you're signing up close to our retreat dates we would still love for you to join us. Full payment is due at time of sign up and non-refundable. If this is you you must have a passport to travel to Jamaica.

Travel Details
Please plan your arrival to Sangster International Airport (MBJ) Montego Bay Jamaica. We will have one corresponding airport group shuttle per arrival/departure days. If the shuttle is missed OR you would like to stay additional nights we can help arrange alternative transportation and lodging services at your expense.

I am often told that I am a free spirit. My truth... I am a seeker, curious about life and pulled to explore what's in my heart. I want to know my soul fully so that I can live my souls purpose. I love to dance, be silly and break the rules. My home base is in Rifle Colorado where I continue to share yoga with the community known as Mistyoga. I offer a unique and personal approach to teaching that is intended to guide you to a deeper understanding of yourself, empower you to live your dreams and connect to a real sense of peace, joy and freedom.
