Mistyoga with Misty

In this class we touch on the five points of yoga: pose (asana), breathing (pranayama), relaxation (sivasana), focused attention (meditation) and intention (Sankulpa). Smooth focused breathing will help you to find your center and elevate your thoughts. Time to process and rest between each posture gives your nervous system the space it needs to slow down and heal. Enjoy a complete practice leaving you in a cleansed and peaceful state. Your body will thank you for taking the time for you.

Welcome! Saturday Yoga is dedicated to providing Yoga to all levels of students - no previous experience required. Class focus is on deep stretches, strength, breath and asana to revitalize you, increase your flexibility and to give you a greater sense of well being. $16 drop in.

A Place to Sit
Morning Meditation with Josh
8:30 - 9:30 am
Join Josh every Sunday for 30 minutes of silent meditation, followed by 10 minutes of
mindful walking, then 20 minutes more of silent meditation. After the meditation period, there
will be time for any thoughts or questions that may arise. This is a secular group with no other
agenda than to sit in silence with others in a quite comfortable environment. Meditation cushions
and chairs provided. If you are interested to come and sit, please TEXT either Ted (970-948-
0016) or Josh (970-366-9014) and we will get back to you. Suggested donation of $5.

MISTYOGA
In this class I take the simplicity of Hatha Yoga and integrate principles of Tantra Yoga to create an effective and profound approach to practice. You will be encouraged to find a deeper connection to your body, mind and being through breath (pranayama) , yoga poses (asana), sacred chant (mantra) and compassionate self awareness. These offerings are unique and personal and can provide access to a deeper understanding of yourself and how you see the world around you.
SIVANANDA YOGA
This gentle & powerful Hatha Yoga practice touches on the five points of yoga: proper exercise (asana), breathing (pranayama), relaxation (savasana), diet and positive thinking (meditation). Learn how to perfect your practice while deeply purifying your body, mind and heart. Very effective in bringing you into balance and connecting you to your center.
BHAKTI YOGA
Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of devotion. This class incorporates pranayama, asana, chant, and meditation. Our intention is to open your heart and support you so that you can be of better service to yourself and others when you step off your mat and into the world. This class may challenge your physical and mental habits and is also lighthearted and fun!
ALL LEVELS CLASS
An all levels class will accommodate all levels of practice. Poses can be modified to fit your level of practice allowing each student to practice at his/her own pace and level of difficulty. This can be a great way to practice yoga if you are a beginner or an advanced student.
MEDITATION CLASS
In class you will be guided through meditation techniques from a variety of traditions. Meditation supports mental clarity, relaxation, stress relief as well as helping you to reconnect with your true nature and cultivate inner peace. All levels are welcome and no experience is necessary.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
In restorative yoga blocks, bolsters and blankets are used for support to eliminate unnecessary straining while in a pose. This allows you to open your body slowly and gently. Through passive stretching and focused breathing you will create the atmosphere necessary to heal body, mind & heart. This class can also be an excellent complement to a more active lifestyle.
BEGINNING YOGA
Are you barely beginning yoga? Have you been hesitant about joining a yoga class because you're just not flexible enough? This class will focus on simple breathing techniques, gaining flexibility through gentle yoga poses and some strengthening exercises to create a gentle yet effective practice.
SATURDAYOGA
This class invites you to enjoy a slightly different style of yoga practice. Each month we have a different focus depending on the season. Learn new ways to revitalize and give yourself a greater sense of well-being.
