IDENTITY CRISIS

I feel like I'm having an identity crisis, getting older is not for sissies, this is what my dad told me a few years ago. At the time he was living on his own still, it was the beginning of his battle with dementia. I watched him struggle with his memory loss and yet he didn't falter in his determination to stay strong, active and in the game.

How do we embrace aging?
