The transition

Based on over 20 years of personal experience with my own practice and teaching others I have found that it's important to have a foundation that is simple and approachable. My approach is rooted in the Sivananda yoga tradition and Tantra Yoga - weaving together these two powerful traditions has given me a sequence that has supported my own practice over time.
It's something I come back to whenever I feel lost, distracted, or disconnected -and it always brings be back to center.
