a few Tips for an enjoyable personal practice
- Choose a comfortable place to practice where you will not be disturbed.
- Choose a time of day that you can stick with consistently throughout the entire challenge (consistency = creating a healthy habit).
- Set a timer at the start of your practice for your allotted practice time, this way you can just practice without needing to keep checking your phone.
- Don't skip Sivasana (relaxation), it may be the most important part of your practice.
- Finish your practice with a meditation. Very important way to seal in your practice and intention.
- Keep it simple, and remember there is no bad practice.
- Let go of expectations and keep an open mind.
- Take some time over a cup of tea after your practice to journal about your experience.
