Yoga 101 Promo magic

Thank you for being here and for being you. I got the idea for this promo from Britten Larue a pretty cool astrologer whose course I am enrolled in at the moment. It seemed like a fun idea and I am excited to share it with you. 

If it resonates with you, you are invited to join me in the Yoga 101 Promo Magic. Each time I shout out to the yoga community I often see myself as a solo voice, calling out for others to join me on the path.

I would be grateful to have your support via your shout. If you want to play along - totally optional - I am inviting you to tell your networks about this offering to see if any want to join us. 

In exchange for supporting Yoga 101, I will be offering a giveaway. I am giving away a 75-minute Private Session with me. We will talk about where you are on your path, how you feel body, mind & heart and what direction you're headed. I will share what comes up for me and we can move forward with how to best meet those needs. It will also be a chance to share what if anything that has come up in your practice and receive added support.

This will be a randomly chosen gift from the entries of those who participate. 

A second prize will be given to the person with the most total entries. This prize will be your choice of a free Mistyoga class ($20) or 20% off in the gift shop.  
To gather entries: 

• 1 entry for every Story share in Instagram (tag me so I see it)
• 5 entries for every Instagram post (tag me so I see it)
• 5 entries for a mention in an email, newsletter, blog, or other communication (forward to misty@mistyoga.com so I see it) 
• 10 entries for every newsletter, blog, or other communication where Yoga 101 is the primary focus (forward to [email protected] so I see it) 
• 10 entries for every friend who enrolls and emails m[email protected] and names you as the referral friend (this option serves those of you who aren’t in social media and/or who want to send info about the class to individuals directly)

For your entry to count, please include all 3 of these in your post or share etc: 

1. Name that you’ve signed up for Yoga 101
2. Give a reason why you said Yes 
3. Encourage action to learn about the class at the course page ( https://www.mistyoga.com/yoga-101.html)

In a Story share, these 3 can be completed in a couple of sentences. And then these can be elaborated to become entire writing pieces if you choose to share more on your process, what you’re learning, what you’re hoping to learn here, why you trust me to support you, and how you know it will be helpful to others, too. 

Other boundaries: 

• 1 type of entry per 24 hours period
• Feel free to screenshot images from my newsletter, Instagram, or the course page for aesthetics. Just be sure to credit me if you share my writing. 
• Start any time. The last day to play is September 10 when promo closes 

To review, there will be TWO PRIZES: the 75 minute private session will be randomly chosen from all the entries and the free class or 20% off choice will be given to the person who has the most entries. (These might end up being the same person! If that happens, then the winner gets both prizes and then the person with the SECOND most entries will also get a free class.) 
Just a reminder, this is totally optional. If you have no desire or capacity to participate, I understand. This is a gift to anyone who wants to play along, and who might be supporting Mistyoga behind the scenes anyway.
