Creating this teacher training has been exciting, challenging and very rewarding. 2020 is the first year to host our teacher training and so far it is going well. If you like our vibe here at Mistyoga, are interested in learning more about yoga, would like the support of a mentor and would flourish within a group of like minded humans than this program is right for you.
