30 Day Challenge
May 1st - 30th 2020
Self Care Month
NOW is the time draw closer to your practice or why not start a new practice. A consistent yoga practice is not only going to help clear out the winter Kapha (mucus), it will also strengthen your immune system tremendously. Yoga works on all the systems of the body from the most dense, which is your physical body to your subtle energy body and even to the very seed of your existence. The reason that yoga works is because it deals in universal truths. The teachings of Yoga are as valid today as they were in ancient times. The path is one that leads to inner peace and strength. I know this is true for me. I am always grateful for my practice and especially these past weeks. I tell my students, we commit to practice so that we can be strong and centered in times of chaos. When we practice anything as a collective we are more powerful as individuals and as a whole. Having the support of like minded humans that are standing on their mat with you can support the inspiration to courageously step out into the world and plant those positive seeds. Spend some time with yourself and begin to build your resolve. Often times it can be really uncomfortable to truly spend time with yourself without any distractions. I feel this way so much of the time when I first step on to my mat. But then something shifts and I start to uncover a deeper part of myself that I've been missing and longing to meet. It feels like coming home. I would love for you to join us for 30 days, let's see just how much peace, love and power we can cultivate together.
The challenge will include Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Contemplation and weekly emails. You will have private access to the challenge classes on my YouTube channel. Our intention is to provide practice for different levels of practitioners. Each practice will help ground and center you using breath, movement, relaxation and contemplation. I am confident that you will find a practice that can support your needs in this time of transformation. We all are experiencing it, you are not alone. Now more than ever the world needs us to step forward as our most authentic self to serve the greater good.
Let's wake up even more!
